Content Operations QA Analyst

📋 Description

• Quality-check ocean freight contracts, rates, and surcharges populated by partners and AI systems
• Process a consistent queue of contracts accurately and efficiently while following established QA
• Develop a strong understanding of ocean freight rates, contracts, and surcharges to identify
• Detect, investigate, and correct data errors before they reach customers, maintaining high
• Communicate clearly with international vendor partners when corrections are required and follow
• Identify recurring error patterns and contribute to improvements in QA processes, controls

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify small discrepancies in complex
• Strong concentration and consistency when working through detailed documentation and high-volume
• Fluent written and spoken English, with confidence communicating with international partners and
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, combined with an interest in working with structured data.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned tasks, and maintain accuracy with minimal
• Comfortable working in structured, high-volume operational environments where data quality is
