Content Specialist (Email & Social Media)

📋 Description

• Create HTML email designs and social media content using Claude, Canva, and AI-assisted production
• Design, edit, and refine digital marketing materials in Canva, ensuring strong visual quality and
• Review and improve AI-generated content for accuracy, clarity, visual appeal, and brand consistency.
• Apply client brand guidelines consistently, including colors, typography, logos, layouts, and tone
• Collaborate with internal Marketing Advisors to understand content requests, clarify priorities
• Manage multiple content assignments while maintaining quality and meeting established turnaround

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience creating email marketing materials and/or social media content.
• Strong working knowledge of AI-powered content generation tools, preferably Claude or Claude Design.
• Proficiency in Canva for creating, editing, and adapting digital marketing assets.
• Good visual judgment and an understanding of design fundamentals, including layout, typography
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace, particularly Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
• Professional written and spoken English to collaborate effectively with a U.S.-based team.
