Content Strategist - 12 Month Contract

📋 Description

• Plan and create multi-lingual content strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Produce high-quality, persona-specific documentation that meets applicable writing and information
• Create accessible gifs and video tutorials to help end-users succeed in their daily tasks.
• Develop and follow style guide and writing guidelines to drive brand consistency.
• Develop, document, and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive efficiency.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand product and documentation requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, technical writing certificate, or equivalent work experience
• Approximately 5 years total relevant experience
• Experience in using version control tools such as GitHub
• Experience working with XML-based documentation publishing software, such as MadCap Flare
• Familiarity with localization tools (e.g., SDL Trados, MemoQ), content and learning management
• Understanding of SEO principles and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
