📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end tutorial production: pipeline, team, schedule, and throughput
• Propose and own quarterly tutorial OKRs: plan team capacity against the production calendar and
• Track throughput, spot bottlenecks early, and resolve issues before they escalate
• Set and document the quality bar for all tutorials: human-written and AI-generated, and make sure
• Manage, develop, and give regular performance feedback to a team of writers and editors
• Identify skillset gaps: close them through hiring, onboarding and developing the people you already

• Track record running high-volume content production: has built and held a schedule
• Sets the standard for what is 'good' in writing, documents it, and enforces it
• Has developed individual contributors: knows how to move people from good to great, not just manage
• Proactive by default: brings problems and proposes solutions before they're asked
• Data-literate: tracks output, spots trends, and uses numbers to make decisions
