Contract Due Diligence Compliance Analyst

📋 Description

• Review loan packages, underwriting guidelines, or data files to identify the documentation
• Capture required information from such documentation, including bookmarking relevant pages where
• Audit loans to determine salability or conduct final review of loan documentation for accuracy and
• Identify and document any discrepancies during audit, tracking document issues in the process
• Enter data and fees from LEs, CDs, and COCs into the system of record and run analysis to test for
• Ensure any exceptions are captured and recorded for incorrect or missing documentation, data

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Quality Control/Due Diligence/Secondary Market (required), with fraud
• Knowledge of the principles and compliance regulations and documentation applicable to mortgage
• Mavent and Lauramac experience
• The ability to meet production quality and service standards
• High technical aptitude, with familiarity with Slack, Zoom, GSuite, and Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with analytical ability, good judgment, and a
