📋 Description

• Partner with Northstar Planning Leadership to build out the country-specific advice strategy and
• Build customized financial plans and provide actionable guidance to improve members' financial
• Provide education that empowers members to maximize their employer benefits within your country
• Support members and build trusting relationships over a text-based interface, phone, and video calls
• Consult with various members of the Northstar team as a subject-matter expert on financial planning

🎯 Requirements

• An internationally recognized financial planning or advisory designation, such as CFA, CFP (issued
• Fluent English and Spanish - written and spoken
• Experience in multiple areas of personal Finance: Retirement, Equity Compensation, investments
• Experience using financial planning software, adaptability to Northstar proprietary software, and
• A track record of providing client-first, comprehensive financial plans to customers in all life
