📋 Description

• Build the Applied AI and Core AI top of funnel: partner with the team to understand profiles needed
• Create AI-powered sourcing campaigns using tools such as Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other
• Find hard-to-reach AI talent beyond obvious profiles and keyword searches
• Own candidate research and outreach: build candidate lists, prioritize prospects, write
• Integrate sourcing workflows with Ashby: ensure candidates and sourcing activity flow cleanly into
• Track campaign performance and refine sourcing efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Experience sourcing or recruiting highly technical talent (AI, machine learning, or related
• Strong understanding of modern AI sourcing tools and workflows
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Juicebox and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience creating targeted sourcing campaigns rather than relying primarily on inbound applicants
• Ability to use AI tools to research candidates and companies
• Strong sourcing judgment
