📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end interview scheduling across all recruitment stages, seamlessly coordinating
• Own the onsite candidate experience, actively managing hospitality, schedule adjustments, and
• Serve as a trusted ambassador for candidates and hiring teams, elevating the interview experience
• Maintain pristine candidate data integrity and recruitment records within our Applicant Tracking
• Spearhead and support high-impact recruiting events, career fairs, and networking initiatives.
• Amplify job visibility by managing listings across major job boards and social platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of proven talent coordination or recruiting operations experience in a fast-paced
• Proficiency with modern tech stacks, including Google Workspace, modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse
• Familiarity with modern talent acquisition practices, recruitment funnel metrics, and candidate
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, take full ownership of outcomes, and collaborate across shifting
• Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail with a proven track record of
• Proactive communicator and resourceful problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills.
