Contract Specialist

📋 Description

• Maintain and improve standardized PSS MSA drafts and accompanying documents such as PA, SOW to
• Design program to ensure visible tracking of current MSA and agreed upon terms and make
• Collaborate and ensure alignment with any global MSAs.
• Draft, review and negotiate multiple types of contract agreements (including both client and vendor
• Review draft contract agreements against internal policy for deviations and document any variance
• Liaison with external counsel when required for additional review.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Paralegal degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years related experience
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Strong communication (written and verbal), attention to detail, organizational skills, and
• Excellent computer skills (particularly Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Teams)
