Contract Technical Recruiter (AI Insurance SaaS)

📋 Description

• Partner closely with engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand their needs
• Develop creative sourcing strategies
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
• Participate in weekly recruiting meetings with hiring managers and stakeholders demonstrating
• Conduct ~5 technical candidate interviews each day
• Strategically source 50-100+ candidates per week with the goal of achieving a 20%+ response rate

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience preferably in startup/scaleup environments
• ATS proficient and savvy in other systems (LinkedIn Recruiter, G-Suite, Slack, etc.)
• Workday experience is a plus
• Pitch and sell candidates on the opportunity
• Work directly with hiring managers
• Expertise in writing compelling sourcing messages and attracting passive candidates
