Contracts Director - Go to Market

📋 Description

• Structure, negotiate, and close sophisticated commercial agreements supporting AI services
• Partner with Sales leadership and senior stakeholders to support enterprise transactions and
• Develop and continuously improve contract templates, negotiation playbooks, AI-enabled processes
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations on contract lifecycle management, including
• Drive process automation and improvements to legal technology and contracting tools.
• Translate legal and commercial risks into actionable recommendations that support business

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of negotiation experience, including significant responsibility for complex
• Proven expertise in structuring, negotiating, and executing sophisticated commercial and
• Strong understanding of cloud services, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and emerging AI offerings.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with go-to-market, Finance, Operations, and Product teams.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build trusted

• Annual base salary range of $140,000–$175,000.
