📋 Description

• Manage Ironclad CLM (admin, workflows, user mgmt).
• Design and automate contract workflows to speed cycles.
• Maintain contract records, metadata, and auditable docs.
• Build dashboards and reports for Legal, Deal Ops, and Finance.
• Coordinate signature workflows with stakeholders.
• Create templates, playbooks, and internal docs for contracting.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years in contract mgmt or legal ops in tech.
• Hands-on Ironclad admin (workflows, templates, reporting, config).
• Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS contract lifecycle.
• Experience developing contract analytics and reporting.
• Self-starter who owns outcomes in fast-moving environments.
• Clear communicator with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI-powered contract tools and automation.
