Contracts Manager, APAC

📋 Description

• Draft, analyse, negotiate, and close complex commercial transactions.
• Propose scalable solutions to improve contracting efficiency.
• Collaborate with business units and legal to streamline contract management.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Operations, Research, and Procurement.
• Partner with in-region counsel on regional matters.
• Drive regional rollout of process improvements and enablement sessions.

🎯 Requirements

• Substantive knowledge of software, SaaS, reseller, and services contracts.
• Independently draft, review, negotiate complex contracts.
• Experience managing full contract lifecycle for tech transactions.
• 8+ years in contract mgmt; 5+ years in tech transactions or partnerships.
• Experience in fast-paced tech startups; cross-region collaboration.
• Familiarity with CLM platforms Ironclad for drafting and automation.
