Contracts Specialist

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate client statements of work (SOWs), vendor master services agreements
• Develop a deep understanding of current client MSAs to support efficient contract intake, drafting
• Serve as the main contracts contact for project managers, finance, and other departments: gather
• Use and learn VaynerX’s AI-powered tools to help draft, review, and compare contracts, and provide
• Manage the contract lifecycle from intake through signature, including tracking contract status
• Maintain, update, and improve our standard form agreements, templates, clause libraries, and

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree and J.D. degree required, with active admission in good standing to at least one U.S.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (especially MSAs and SOWs)
• Working knowledge of common commercial contract terms, including scope of work, payment terms
• A strong and demonstrated interest in the digital world, social media, and emerging technology.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn AI-powered drafting and contract management tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain contract terms
