Contracts Specialist

📋 Description

• Draft, review, negotiate varied contracts for global stakeholders
• Manage the Contracts Queue and coordinate contract management
• Serve as primary liaison between legal and internal/external stakeholders
• Review, respond to questions and provide status updates on contracts
• Maintain Contract Template library and knowledge management functions
• Ensure compliance with contract approval policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years' contract experience
• Law degree a plus, not required
• In-house contract management experience
• Experience reviewing, editing, negotiating legal agreements
• Experience reviewing/negotiating Master Services Agreements
• Strong organizational and communication skills; multitasking
