📋 Description

• Drive implementation and adoption of Grow & Contribute processes, ensuring alignment with
• Act as a subject-matter partner, enabling leaders and People teams to apply people processes and
• Translate global frameworks into practical solutions that support business performance and
• Use data and feedback to monitor effectiveness, provide insights, and drive continuous improvement
• Support people strategy by providing analysis and input to leaders on priorities and future needs
• Build leadership and people capability through training, facilitation, and coaching interventions

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant degree (e.g. Human Resources, Business Administration) or equivalent experience
• Experience in implementing people processes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Ability to translate global frameworks into practical, locally relevant solutions
• Use data and insights to drive decisions and improve outcomes
• Collaborative and influential, able to partner with leaders and stakeholders
• Strong in communication, facilitation, and coaching
