Controller

📋 Description

• Oversee all operational and reporting accounting. Maintain the general ledger and the Company's
• Own the monthly close and consolidation, including account reconciliations. Deliver against a
• Oversee invoicing, AR, and AP. Keep invoices out on schedule and aged payables under control.
• Own partner revenue share calculations and payouts, and the review and audit of sales commissions
• Design, implement, and monitor financial processes, policies, and controls that keep the Company
• Serve as the primary contact for the external audit firm and complete the annual audit on time.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• 3+ years as Controller, or equivalent experience as an Assistant Controller at a medium to large
• Significant experience managing accounting for high-transaction-volume, recurring-revenue
• Proven track record running an efficient close and using systems to automate and remove manual
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools to accounting or finance work, or a demonstrated ability to
• Strong QuickBooks and Excel skills. Experience with Salesforce, Ramp, or similar tools is a plus.
