📋 Description

• Own the month-end close process, targeting completion within fewer than 10 business days, including
• Oversee net asset and fund accounting and ensure accurate revenue recognition across SaaS
• Maintain the chart of accounts, functional expense allocations, and general ledger while ensuring
• Maintain financial systems, including Sage Intacct and associated integrations, and support system
• Execute daily treasury activities, including bank transfers, cash positioning, payroll and benefits
• Partner with senior finance leadership on cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, investment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is desirable.
• At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a
• Experience with nonprofit accounting is preferred, particularly grant compliance, restricted funds
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple revenue streams, such as SaaS subscriptions, professional
• Experience in education technology, online publishing, software, or another technology-driven
• Experience with Sage Intacct or a comparable ERP system is preferred.
