Controller

📋 Description

• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger management, cost accounting, revenue
• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and standardized financial
• Support Financial Planning & Analysis staff with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, program management and external partners, suppliers and
• Manage annual financial audits and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA or CMA strongly preferred
• 8–12+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including 3–4 years in public
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks
• Experience within fast-growing, technology-enabled, or supply-chain/logistics organizations is
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and financial modeling, BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments, influence key business decisions, and
