📋 Description

• Serve as trusted financial advisor to a portfolio of clients
• Review financial statements and reporting for accuracy and compliance
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes and cash flow
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities
• Coordinate accountants and specialists on client engagements
• Provide coaching and mentorship to less experienced staff

🎯 Requirements

• CPA designation or active CPA candidacy
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience
• Experience in Controller-level role at accounting firm
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
• Strong experience with cloud-based accounting software
• Excellent financial reporting, analysis, and problem-solving skills
