📋 Description

• Own the General Ledger; manage AP/AR, payroll, and close.
• Reconcile pass-through media costs; ensure gross vs net revenue accuracy.
• Monitor cash flow, burn rate, and runway with real-time views.
• Lead month-end close; produce P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Implement scalable financial workflows; introduce controls and software.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on finance/accounting experience.
• Experience in AdTech/MarTech or digital agencies; high-volume pass-throughs.
• Startup environment; hands-on builder, not delegating the work.
• Expert in QuickBooks Online (or Xero) and Excel.
• Working knowledge of venture debt/equity fundraising.
• Based in Tri-State area (NY/NJ/CT).
