📋 Description

• Own Accounting and Financial Operations: Lead all accounting functions and P2P lifecycle.
• Build for Scalability: Automate and optimize processes as volumes grow 10x.
• Future Audit Readiness: Prepare for audits with a clear roadmap.
• External Management: Manage relationships with tax, vendors, and auditors.
• Systems Optimization: Implement Ramp AI and API integrations to streamline workflows.
• Cross-Functional Support: Help Sales Ops, Legal, HR, and Office operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years accounting experience, including Big 4 and high-growth tech startups.
• Government Contracts Experience: DCAA compliance.
• CPA favored but not required.
• Execution-oriented with strong delivery.
• Highly detail-oriented with concise cross-functional communication.
• Financial Systems Expertise: ERP, spend management, payroll; Excel and Google Sheets.
• Self-propelled and future-oriented: proactive and eager to adopt AI tools.
