🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years of finance/accounting experience with controllership exposure.
• Strong communication and strategic partnering skills.
• Experience in a multinational public company or regulated industry desirable.
• Proficiency in data tools (SQL, Python) for analysis.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts for execs.
