Controllership Director and Chief of Staff to CAO

📋 Description

• Serve as trusted advisor to the CAO, aligning priorities and driving initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects in controllership, M&A, and finance ops.
• Drive finance transformation, process automation, and system upgrades.
• Prepare executive briefs, MBR/QBR materials, and presentations.
• Partner with FP&A, Business Technology, Operations, and Sales on cross-functional initiatives.
• Lead special projects and strategic initiatives to support rapid growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years in finance, accounting, or operations with controllership exposure.
• Multinational/public company or highly regulated industry experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data analysis and automation.
• Strong communication skills with executive stakeholders.
• Proven cross-functional project management and process improvement.
