🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in merchandising, including previous experience in a

• Strong knowledge of retail execution, field operations, merchandising practices, and point-of-sale
• Solid understanding of execution and Loja Perfeita indicators, including availability, shelf share
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and
