📋 Description

• Oversee program implementation including configuration, testing, and monitoring of all elements of
• Manage inbound escalations, validate the issue, identify root cause, and communicate timely
• Review internal and external audit requests and coordinate with vendors and/or project stakeholders
• Support business alignment and oversight with key stakeholders by providing cross-program support
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned
