📋 Description

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls
• Assist customers with questions related to the vehicle rental and pickup process, as well as
• Verify customer information and provide related assistance
• Offer technical support during key pickup and troubleshoot issues in the self-service section
• Collaborate with SIXT branches located in different countries
• Make calls to promote additional sales and improvements
