📋 Description

• Provide hospital-at-home nursing for pediatric clients.
• Work as part of BAYADA HICU Health Services in Pittsburgh.
• Deliver skilled nursing care to clients at home.
• Train families and care teams for initial weeks of homecare.
• Support infants and young children transitioning from hospital to home.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary hospital-at-home care team.

🎯 Requirements

• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• At least one year of verifiable LPN experience.
• NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience required.
• Demonstrated infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care competence.
• Ability to train families and ongoing care team.
