Copywriter Lead

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor the Creative Team's copywriters through regular 1-on-1s, constructive feedback
• Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, headlines, scripts, and copy across brand and
• Work closely with the Message Director to bring Hostinger's brand positioning, messaging strategy
• Turn complex products, especially AI and agentic technologies, into clear, engaging, benefit-led
• Review and elevate the Creative Team's copy, challenging generic claims, weak ideas, and vague
• Own copy development for the Creative Team's YouTube and Meta campaigns, balancing brand

🎯 Requirements

• A strong portfolio demonstrating both brand and performance copywriting, including creative
• Proven experience leading or mentoring copywriters, with the ability to develop people, give
• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to turn strategic briefs into distinctive creative ideas
• Experience developing campaign concepts and carrying them across channels, from video, TVC, and
• Excellent command of English: clear, precise, and versatile across tones and formats, with an
• Strong understanding of digital performance marketing and its success metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS, etc.)
