Effectively facilitate communication between stakeholders (Developers, Trainers, Product, Vendors
Scope project requirements, document risks as it relates to core integration requests
Work with clients, internal teams, and vendors to resolve obstacles to core integration
Act as liaison between SIE and SIS for implementation of new core system integrations
Maintain SIS documentation
Manage core integration tracker files and identify and recommend changes to default mapping

🎯 Requirements

Extensive knowledge of banking core system integrations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong troubleshooting skills
High degree of initiative and proven ability to exercise independent judgement
Strong customer service skills and abilities
Demonstrated ability to effectively develop, maintain and document business processes, workflows
