Core Recruiter (Risk, Partnerships, Operations)

📋 Description

• Partner with senior leaders to understand business priorities, define hiring plans, and develop
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding
• Proactively advise and educate hiring teams on APAC talent-market conditions, candidate
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that build broad, qualified candidate pipelines for current
• Build strong candidate relationships and deliver a thoughtful, timely candidate experience
• Use recruiting data to track progress, identify risks and opportunities, and provide clear updates

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, including
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on hiring strategy, talent-market insights, and complex
• Ability to seamlessly context switch to support a breadth of roles across a wide variety of
• Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and influence decisions through sound judgment
• Experience developing AI first sourcing and talent mapping strategies and engaging candidates for
• Ability to use recruiting data to identify trends, communicate progress, and improve recruiting
