Corporate Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Leading, coaching, and developing local corporate accountants, including performance management
• Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders as needed to resolve month-end close issues, clarify
• Managing the integration of accounting processes and systems for acquired entities, ensuring
• Completing other general month-end close activities, including journals, reconciliations, flux
• Maintaining effective internal controls and clear documentation to support accurate and timely
• Identifying process improvements that strengthen close efficiency, accounting accuracy, and overall

• Proven experience managing and developing high-performing accounting teams with strong coaching and
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with FP&A, business leaders, and cross-functional
• Strong team player with a proven track record of thriving on high-performing teams and continuously
• Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
• Plays a key role as a subject matter expert to support effective collaboration with
• Extensive experience in establishing and standardizing policies, processes, procedures and controls
