📋 Description

• Leading, coaching, and developing local corporate accountants
• Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve month-end close issues
• Managing integration of accounting processes for acquired entities
• Completing month-end close activities including journals, reconciliations, flux analysis
• Maintaining effective internal controls and documentation
• Identifying process improvements to strengthen close efficiency

• Proven experience managing and developing high-performing accounting teams
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with FP&A, business leaders, and cross-functional
• Strong team player with a proven track record of thriving on high-performing teams
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Subject matter expertise to support effective collaboration with cross functional teams
• Extensive experience in establishing and standardizing SOX compliant policies and controls
