Corporate Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and support a high-performing team across key GL areas, including operating
• Own the team's monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including journal entries
• Provide oversight and judgment on complex accounting matters, ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, and
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, resolve accounting issues, and
• Build scalable processes that shorten the close, improve accuracy, and reduce manual work.
• Champion the use of financial systems, data, automation, and AI by translating accounting needs

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive public accounting and/or industry experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a CPA or equivalent professional accounting
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience researching complex accounting conclusions
• Experience designing, implementing, and executing internal controls in a SOX or similar environment
• Demonstrated success improving accounting processes and using complex datasets
• Strong people leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
