Corporate Commercial Counsel, EMEA

📋 Description

• In-house style legal support for Axon’s global sales teams.
• Structure and negotiate complex transactions across regions, with a focus on EMEA.
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Software/Hardware Engineering, Product and IT.
• Lead and evolve contracting processes to scale the business.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts (in-house preferred).
• Experience drafting and negotiating contracts for SaaS, hardware and services.
• Knowledge of procurement laws and processes in UK and EU (EMEA).
• Must be located on the east coast and able to travel up to 15%.
• J.D. and bar admission in at least one US state or authorization to practice in UK/EU.
• Experience designing and administering contract lifecycle processes.
