Corporate / Controllership Accountant

📋 Description

• Design realistic accounting scenarios based on hands-on controllership experience, including
• Review and compare AI-generated accounting outputs to assess accuracy, GAAP compliance
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, or weaknesses in AI-generated accounting work and determine
• Provide clear, structured written feedback designed to improve AI performance on financial
• Apply practical knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts
• Collaborate asynchronously with a research team to support the development and refinement of

🎯 Requirements

• CPA certification or 3–5+ years of corporate, in-house, or public accounting experience, with no
• Demonstrated hands-on ownership of the general ledger and month-end or period-end close processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, journal
• Familiarity with common accounting and financial systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain accounting judgments, conclusions
