📋 Description

• Work with Sales on SaaS transactions to drive revenue.
• Structure, negotiate, and close complex sales agreements.
• Provide advice on legal and business issues to senior leaders.
• Manage risk and reflect needs in contracts and compliance.
• Adapt in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
• Develop training on legal issues and contracting processes.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of legal experience, in-house at a high-growth SaaS company preferred.
• Law degree and Australian practising certificate or eligibility.
• Strong analytical, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience with SaaS issues: revenue recognition, tax, security, data privacy, IP.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work strategically and tactically with internal/external stakeholders.
