• Develop and maintain internal playbooks, product-specific user terms, and automated processes that
• Collaborate with Procurement and Partnership teams to negotiate high-stakes agreements and
• Maintain a comprehensive grasp of AppFolio’s technical stack to provide nuanced advice on data
