Corporate Counsel

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements (vendor contracts, MSAs, NDAs, SOWs
• Manage a mixed docket of open matters and re-prioritize effectively
• Handle day-to-day privacy, data protection, and information security issues
• Support the General Counsel on investment documents, diligence, and litigation matters
• Review marketing and sales materials for FTC Act Section 5 compliance
• Advise on TCPA and state telemarketing compliance

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. and active bar membership in good standing
• 3+ years of relevant experience, including in-house at a high-growth company
• Hands-on experience with FTC Act Section 5 and advertising compliance
• Experience with GDPR, CCPA, and TCPA strongly preferred
• Experience running and improving legal operations
• Experience directing paralegal or legal operations staff
