📋 Description

• Advise global partners on transactional matters for Axon's goods, services, and SaaS.
• Structure, review, and negotiate contracts; provide risk analyses.
• Supervise Contracts Managers and enforce risk playbooks.
• Lead contracting processes; draft templates and policies.
• Support contract lifecycle system development and implementation.
• Provide legal advice on regulatory compliance and industry standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts.
• Structure, draft, and negotiate high-volume SaaS, hardware, and services contracts.
• Experience negotiating IP licensing and ownership agreements.
• J.D. with good standing in at least one U.S. state bar.
• Experience designing, implementing, and administering contract lifecycle processes.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, CLMs, Generative AI, and Microsoft Office.
