  • Review, draft, structure, and negotiate agreements related to mergers and acquisitions and other

🎯 Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree required.
  • Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state; Colorado licensure is preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
  • Demonstrated experience with mergers and acquisitions law is required.
  • Financial services industry experience is preferred.
  • Strong drafting, legal research, writing, and analytical capabilities.

🎁 Benefits

  • Base salary range of $145,000–$155,000 USD, with actual compensation determined by factors
