🎯 Requirements

JD from an accredited law school, active state bar membership
Minimum 3 years of legal experience with litigation experience
Familiarity with commercial disputes and contractual dispute resolution
Experience with subpoenas and government inquiries preferred
Ability to explain legal concepts in plain language
Strong organizational skills in fast-paced environment
