Corporate Development Manager

📋 Description

• Own significant workstreams across the end-to-end M&A process, including sourcing, evaluating
• Develop an outlook on potential transactions — including whether a deal is attractive — and
• Build financial models and valuation analyses, and translate complex fiscal and strategic
• Lead due diligence workstreams and coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Tax
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify strategic opportunities, industry
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry players, investment banks, and advisors to

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, with investment banking experience required as a
• Substantive, hands-on M&A transaction experience — including buy-side and/or sell-side
• Strong analytical and financial rigor, demonstrating skill in interpreting complex data and
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and components of a transaction with growing
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate financial and strategic complexity into
