Corporate Development Manager

📋 Description

• Identify and evaluate M&A, strategic investment, partnership, and other business development
• Build relationships with founders, financial institutions, fintech companies, technology platforms
• Develop business cases, financial models, and strategic analyses to evaluate potential transactions
• Lead opportunities from initial sourcing and outreach through diligence, negotiation, execution
• Partner directly with the executive team to evaluate new markets, products, geographies, and
• Develop clear build, buy, or partner recommendations based on financial, strategic, and operational

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development or transaction
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with experience evaluating complex strategic or
• Experience sourcing, negotiating, or executing M&A, investments, partnerships, or other
• Excellent judgment - able to quickly understand a business or opportunity and identify the factors
• Strong commercial instincts and comfort negotiating with sophisticated counterparties
• Experience working directly with senior leadership and communicating complex analysis in a clear
