Corporate Development Operations & M&A Integration Lead

📋 Description

• Lead diligence support and integration execution across corporate development, M&A, and
• Build systems and processes to scale the team’s operations and visibility across transactions.
• Leverage AI-enabled workflows to standardize integration planning and reusable templates.
• Serve as bridge between deal teams and the broader org, managing dependencies and multi-stakeholder
• Oversee portfolio management with QBRs, partnerships, and synergies with Snowflake's GTM and
• Drive post-close integration including change management, retention planning, and cultural

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in corporate development, hands-on M&A integration, or tech-focused management
• Track record leading end-to-end M&A integrations (acquihires, platform acquisitions, asset
• Strong program management to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams without direct
• Clear, concise communication with executives and senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data and AI tools and a drive to instrument workflows for efficiency.
• Background in software/cloud/data/enterprise SaaS with understanding of commercial integration
