📋 Description

• Lead or support key corporate legal initiatives, such as group structure reorganizations and other
• Manage board resolutions, meeting minutes, and shareholder meetings for all subsidiaries.
• Ensure compliance with governance best practices and oversee regulatory filings.
• Assist in setting up and managing subsidiaries, ensuring a proper corporate structure and
• Support auditors' requests, KYC processes, and corporate compliance.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure adherence.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) and at least 5 years of legal experience post-graduation, ideally
• Solid understanding of corporate, corporate governance, compliance and regulatory matters
• Proven experience in governance, reorganization projects, or corporate regulatory matters
• Curious and proactive, with a natural ability to dig into new legal challenges
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
