📋 Description

• Own prioritized operational constraints from initial discovery through implementation, measurable
• Work across business domains including HR, Finance, Engineering capacity, regional operations, and
• Apply Sense, Design, Build, Drive approach to identify root causes, redesign inefficient systems
• Determine the most effective lever for each problem (workflow redesign, automation, org changes
• Collaborate with functional leaders to mobilize resources and align priorities without taking over
• Establish baselines and contribute to company-wide deep dives into velocity, capacity, friction
