📋 Description

• Own day-to-day corporate housekeeping and governance for Flexport's EMEA entities: statutory
• Prepare and maintain board and shareholder resolutions, consents, minutes, and other governance
• Manage statutory and regulatory filings (annual returns, changes of director/officer, registered
• Support the formation, licensing, and onboarding of new legal entities as Flexport expands into new
• Maintain Flexport's entity management system as the single source of truth for corporate structure
• Coordinate KYC, UBO, and due diligence requests from banks, customers, and partners across the

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of corporate paralegal experience, with a strong focus on corporate
• Hands-on experience supporting the setup of new legal entities in new countries (formation
• Working knowledge of corporate governance and filing requirements across major EMEA markets (e.g.
• Experience with an entity management platform (e.g., Diligent Entities, Athennian, Blueprint, or
• Familiarity with UBO/beneficial ownership regimes and KYC processes
