📋 Description

• Recruitment for four business units in Deventer, Almere, and Heerenveen, covering various teams
• Manage the entire recruitment process for a broad mix of functions, from laboratory specialists to
• Develop and improve recruitment processes, with room to build sourcing, talent pools, employer
• In collaboration with hiring managers, actively participate in the recruitment process.
• Work closely with a second recruiter, each having their own focus area.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a recruiter, either at an agency or in a corporate environment.
• Completed HBO education (higher professional education) work and thinking level.
• Experience independently filling diverse vacancies.
• Experience with sourcing and actively approaching candidates.
• Availability of 32 to 40 hours per week.
