📋 Description

• Oversees full cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, testing, and negotiating offers
• Devises sourcing strategies to attract top talent; creates job descriptions and postings
• Evaluates applicants with managers; discusses requirements and qualifications.
• Manages and facilitates interview process for timely candidate experience
• Conduct follow-up with managers to assess recruiting plans and effectiveness
• Coordinates management interviews and travel; develops relationships with universities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-3 years of recruiting experience (agency preferred)
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills in English
• High sense of urgency; thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Superior attention to detail, organization, and adaptability
• Strong customer focus; collaborate with all levels of management
